At Kowhai Gifts, we carefully pack every gift box and aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Delivery within New Zealand

We currently deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Rural Shipping	Add and extra $6.00 to the above rates

Free delivery applies to orders over $120 being delivered to one address.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off will generally be processed on the same working day.

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location and courier network. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, or public holidays.

Apartment deliveries

If your order is being delivered to an apartment, please provide any relevant access codes, building instructions, or delivery information in the special instructions section of your shopping cart.
